Information, not advice

Everything on iPick — predictions, probabilities, picks, prices — is published for information. It is not betting, financial or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to place a bet or to make a trade.

A probability is an estimate from a statistical model: it can be wrong, and past results say nothing certain about future ones. What you do with what you read here is your decision and your responsibility.

iPick takes no bets

iPick is not a sportsbook and not an exchange: it takes no bets and holds nobody's money.

Sports betting and prediction markets are not lawful everywhere, nor for everyone. Whether you may use them where you live, and at your age, is for you to find out.

Accounts

Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password to yourself: what is done with your account is taken to be done by you. An account that is used to harm the site, or the people who use it, can be suspended.

Names, logos and data

The names and logos of leagues, teams, sportsbooks and markets belong to their owners, and are shown to say who is who. iPick is not affiliated with them or endorsed by them.

The site as it is

iPick is offered as it is, without a promise that it is free of mistakes or always available. Scores, schedules and prices come from others and can arrive late or wrong.

To the extent the law allows, Adrian Guzman is not liable for losses that follow from using the site or from relying on what it shows.
